Venn Construction was responsible for the interiors of Virgin Industrial Park I, a multi-building industrial development spanning 76 acres in the West Phoenix submarket. The scope of work included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC installation, insulation, fire protection systems, and the shell office spaces across three buildings totaling over 1,000,000 square feet. These buildings, ranging from 212,160 to 564,320 square feet with clear heights of 32 to 36 feet, include truck-style and cross-dock facilities. Strategically located near Loop 303 and Northern Parkway, the site offers seamless access to Greater Phoenix and proximity to key e-commerce and manufacturing hubs, reinforcing its appeal to major operators in the region.
