True North Studio Office T.I.

Located on the 7th floor of the newly renovated 1001 “Ten-O-One” building in Phoenix, the new True North Studio Office offers commanding views of downtown Phoenix in one direction and Camelback Mountain in the other. The Ten-O-One building is a primely located anchor to the thriving historic Roosevelt Row Arts District in Phoenix. The True North Studio office is one of many creative tenants coming to the building and surrounding area.

The original suite featured low ceilings, inefficient floor plan flows, and outdated finishes. This tenant improvement project adaptively reused this derelict space and created a welcoming floorplan, spacious feel, modern workspace setting, with creative flourishes to mimic the exciting neighborhood surrounding it.
