Venn recently completed this 9,270 SF tenant improvement project for Stantec Consulting Services. This project was constructed in a tight six-week time frame in an existing six-story office building. These conditions required our team to work diligently and efficiently to maintain a clean and safe environment for the co-occupying tenants. 

This high-tech client desired high-end finishes and technology throughout the space. In addition to the tenant interior, Venn also constructed the Level Two elevator lobby and corridor leading to the T.I.
