Venn Construction collaborated with Wentworth Property Management, Mars Petcare, and Phx Design One on a high-caliber 6,150-square-foot office tenant improvement project at Two Scottsdale Landing in North Scottsdale. The multifaceted scope of work involved transforming a single suite into a multi-functional workspace with meticulous attention to detail. This encompassed the erection of new partitions and corridors, as well as the installation of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems (M/P/E), custom millwork, and premium finishes throughout the suite. The reimagined space now boasts an open office layout, two expansive conference rooms, three small meeting rooms, two huddle spaces, and three focus rooms. At the heart of this modern environment is an open, collaborative break room and kitchen, designed to foster team engagement and productivity.
