Epic Golf Club

Venn Construction, in partnership with Wentworth Property Group and Phoenix Design One, successfully completed the Epic Golf Office Tenant Improvement project at One Scottsdale Landing, Scottsdale, Arizona. This ambitious 9,200 square foot project transformed two first-floor suites into a high-end, open-concept office space for Epic Golf Club, featuring eight offices, a conference area, coworking spaces, two break areas, and a distinctive golf simulator. The scope of work included new partitions, mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, millwork, and finishes throughout, carefully executed to blend functionality with the club’s dynamic culture. The result is a state-of-the-art workspace that not only meets modern office needs but also fosters collaboration, creativity, and engagement among employees and visitors, showcasing Venn Construction’s expertise in delivering innovative and impactful construction solutions.
