Dominium Apartments Office

Venn, CRESA, and Dominium Apartments collaborated on a 10,113 square foot Class A office space at the Pima Center building in Scottsdale, Arizona. The project included the demolition of the existing space and the addition of acoustical ceilings, bi-polar ionization bars in the HVAC system, and extensive electrical work. The finished space includes 12 individual offices, two large and two small conference rooms, a large break room, a kitchenette, and cubicle space for 31 employees with high-end finishes throughout. Venn’s value engineering efforts resulted in nearly $250,000 in cost savings.
