HonorHeath TPK Admin Relocation

This project for HonorHealth consisted of renovating an existing ICU waiting area to construct a new facility administration office on the 2nd floor of the Thompson Peak Medical Center. Working in an occupied hospital environment, the Venn team and subcontractors worked diligently on this renovation to respect the other tenants and patients in the hospital. The scope of work includes new walls, finishes, upgraded electrical systems, and rebalancing of the mechanical systems to support eight new office spaces and a conference room.
