Pebble Creek Gym Expansion

Pebble Creek is a beautiful retirement community in the Robson Communities in Goodyear, Arizona. Venn completed a total renovation and expansion of the gym and locker room areas to serve its residents better, offering more usable gym space, updated locker rooms, and a welcoming social gathering area. 

There were challenges early in the project as demolition crews uncovered unknown components. The Venn team was able to identify and address all issues before completing the demolition resulting in no project delays. Due to the retrofit of the locker rooms, a customized built-in sauna was necessary to fit in the designated space, so as a viable solution Venn’s Superintendent was able to construct it successfully. The result has been very well received by both the management of Pebble Creek and the residents enjoying their new activity center.
