Description:
Completed alongside the Total Package Hockey Center of Excellence, Venn worked with the Scottsdale Ice Den and 292 Design to complete this 8,664 SF training facility for the Arizona Coyotes.
This tenant improvement includes 2,400 SF of turf exercise area, two hockey shooting lanes, and various other exercise equipment. Other improvements include new men’s and women’s bathrooms, a small office and lobby space, and new mechanical units.
