Contracted by Point B, Venn updated this unique space, making it ready for new tenants in downtown Phoenix’s historic Hardware Store. Approaching this job in the most cost-friendly way possible, Venn divided the project into two phases, which brought the brick-faced building up to code and renovated the interior floors to prepare new tenants. Venn diligently navigated this project during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Communication between Superintendent, subcontractors, Project Manager, and ownership played a crucial role in keeping this project on-on time and on-budget despite extenuating circumstances.
