Tint World Scottsdale

This 5,375 Sf tenant improvement of an existing space for Tint World Automotive Styling Centers included the removal of a current storefront window for a new overhead sectional door, a new asphalt ramp, and a concrete pad. The interior scope included the new construction of a high-end workshop for vehicle detailing, retail area, new restrooms, breakroom, office, and storage room. This project also included modifications to the existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
