Superstition Springs Jeep

Venn completed this two building project in partnership with FCA Realty in the fall of 2016. Highlighted as the concept store for Jeep, there are a variety of features in this build that are not featured anywhere else in the country. The sales building is fully equipped with a service bay featuring high-speed roll-up doors, car lifts and parts storage. The building façade boasts a plethora of Metal Panels and decorative features. The sales center includes high end tile with offices for the sales team. A retail and comfortable waiting area for service clients is also available. Alongside the sales building, Venn constructed an Administrative Center for the auto group which features matching exterior façade with interior class A offices.
