The Venn team partnered with Chilton Properties LLC to complete this 3,308 SF tenant improvement of Ride Now Chandler’s existing warehouse and showroom space. This interior renovation consisted of the demo of the old office space and the addition of seven private offices, a conference room, open space offices, along with the addition of men’s and women’s restrooms.
