Crismon Gateway Village

Crismon Gateway Village is strategically designed to bring the community together through thoughtful design and collaboration. Located in east Mesa, this five-building retail shell sits on 3.84 acres of land with its first phase of three buildings totaling 9,866 square feet. Some design highlights include two styles of exposed masonry, weathered steel, a decorative concrete drive, landscaping and lighting. For the sake of patron benefit, the plaza approach allows better approach to the roll-up doors and suites. Beyond the community collaboration and unique design aspects and material selection, this building will withstand the test of time in both durability and aesthetics.
