Ice Den - Scottsdale

Arizona’s only triple-ice facility. Our team helped guide the owner through a complicated pre-construction process to acquire the site and obtain permits needed to proceed with the expansion to the south side of the facility. The building was constructed of tilt-up wall panels with an EFIS exterior designed to blend into its desert surrounding.

The Ice Den, home to Venn Construction’s local team, is the official practice facility for NHL’s Phoenix Coyotes and has grown to include cafés, restaurants, retail shops, a high-level fitness club and corporate tenants.
