Ice Den Chandler

Venn Construction successfully completed the 80,000-square-foot commercial construction renovation of the Ice Den in Chandler, Arizona, for long-time client Coyotes Ice, LLC. As a leader in commercial construction projects, Venn was involved early in the process, providing detailed analysis and research before the property’s acquisition to ensure the ice arena remodel aligned with the client’s vision. The extensive renovation included two new concrete ice surfaces, designed to meet professional standards for various ice arena sports and recreational activities. Additional upgrades featured modernized administrative offices, streamlined ice skate rental stations, a fully renovated pro shop, and a 3,500-square-foot workout facility tailored for athlete training and guest wellness.

A major highlight of this ice arena renovation is the newly added restaurant, complete with a commercial kitchen, bar, and concession area. The restaurant features standout finishes such as a custom sandblasted steel bar front, extensive wood paneling and ceiling treatments, and LED accent lighting that creates an inviting and modern atmosphere. Through early involvement, strategic planning, and expert execution, Venn Construction delivered a state-of-the-art ice arena facility.
