Venn Construction completed this build-out and conversion of an existing retail center in to a new Integrated Physicians Center for Scottsdale Health Care. The project consisted of 14 new exam rooms, 6 new Physicians’ offices, a large waiting and check-in area as with a new IT room and added restrooms. Venn provided value engineering options to the client during the bid and construction to assist with budget constraints. The project was unique in the fact that this Physicians Center was constructed in a non-used retail project. Venn gave special attention to the existing building conditions, plumbing and HVAC systems to ensure that the Health Care requirements of the new project were met.
