P.H.A.S.E Tenant Improvement

This tenant improvement consists of renovating a 3,304 SF area for an ambulatory surgery center in an existing medical office building. The tenant improvement includes reception/waiting, pre-op/pacu patient bays, exam/procedure room, operating room, nurse station, patient and staff restrooms, office/consult room, and other clinic support areas.
The scope of work includes interior architecture, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.

The CardioVascular Lab at Phoenix Heart gives patients the opportunity to receive state-of-the-art diagnostic and interventional procedures in a comfortable, private setting. Patients also benefit from the ability to receive same-day care from board-certified interventionalists who specialize in coronary and peripheral vascular conditions.
