Phoenix Childrens Hospital X-Ray

Venn Construction completed a focused tenant improvement for Phoenix Children’s Hospital within an existing, single-story urgent care medical office, modernizing an FGI Class 1 X-ray procedure room. The project included removal and replacement of existing X-ray equipment and its associated infrastructure, installation of new imaging equipment, and selective finish upgrades within the procedure space. Limited mechanical and electrical modifications were completed to support the new equipment requirements. No structural work was required, and the project did not change the building’s construction type, occupancy group, or occupant load.
