Description:

As a leading Surgery Center Contractor, Venn Construction transformed a two-story building at 4812 S. Mill Avenue into a modern outpatient surgery center and clinic space. The 13,000+ square-foot project included operating rooms, procedure rooms, pre-op and recovery areas, sterile processing, and a patient-focused lobby, with the second floor designed for clinic and administrative functions. Built to meet strict IBC, ADA, and Department of Health Services standards, this healthcare construction project also integrated specialized systems for medical gases, fire protection, and accessibility. The result is a state-of-the-art facility that enhances patient care and supports providers with efficient, compliant design.
