Oak Street Health - Mesa

Venn partnered with Oak Street Health and Coscia Moos Architecture for this 9,485 SF preventative healthcare tenant improvement at an existing shopping center in Mesa, AZ. This clinic provides general preventive care for medical, social, and behavioral health. The scope of work included a full demo of the interior, asbestos removal, upgrading of rooftop HVAC units and ductwork, 16 Exam rooms, five private offices, a community room, conference room, lab, break room, reception, and a unique central care team office and desk space.
