Native Health West Community Health Center

Venn Construction, in partnership with Native Health and TriArc Architecture & Design, completed a 27,716 SF tenant improvement for the new Native Health West Community Health Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The project transformed an existing shell building into a fully integrated medical office offering primary care, dental, podiatry, optometry, behavioral health counseling, pharmacy services, in-home support offices, and administrative spaces. The scope included full mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural improvements, along with exterior enhancements such as a new concrete ramp for accessible entry. Native Health’s new facility now provides quality, affordable, patient-centered medical and dental care to better serve the community.
