Venn Construction and ARCHSOL Architecture led the design-build of the Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Group’s new 10,000-square-foot multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Prescott, AZ, overcoming significant budget, weather, and time constraints through exceptional collaboration. Located on a .97-acre lot at the corner of Lee Boulevard and State Route 69, this state-of-the-art facility, specializing in family medicine, expands healthcare access for the community. Zoned BR – Business Regional, the single-story, Type IIB structural steel building features phenolic panels, metal stud/EIFS exteriors, and a mix of storefront and punched windows. This clinic houses four primary care physicians dedicated to providing innovative, patient-centered care. The project included a full scope of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes, ensuring a welcoming and efficient healthcare environment for Prescott’s growing families.
