Granite Gate Senior Living

Venn recently completed a full-scale remodel of the occupied Granite Gate Senior Living Community by Five Star Senior Living in Prescott, AZ, to modernize and enhance the tenant experience. This 30,440 SF remodel included the improvement of all hallways, common areas, dining areas, entrances, a movie theatre, salon, memory care space, and offices. Construction was done in a 12-phase approach to allow the tenants to continue to reside and business to continue. Venn exhibited a high level of communication and careful planning to succeed at this project throughout the first year of the COIVD pandemic.

High-end finishes were heavily utilized, including wood paneling on most common area ceilings, custom lighting fixtures, granite countertops, custom millwork, and custom accent wall coverings.
