Venn Construction successfully executed the transformation of an existing medical office building into a 9,332 square-foot state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center for Cardiovascular Associates Surgery & Electrophysiology in Mesa, Arizona. The sophisticated facility underwent an intricate tenant improvement process, meticulously phased to minimize any disruptions to ongoing medical services. The 5,725 square-foot surgery center space houses two cutting-edge operating rooms, a centralized nurse station for efficient workflow, six pre-op and recovery beds, a clean room adhering to the highest medical standards, a staff locker room, and an office and consultation room. The remaining 3,607 square-foot clinic space is tailored to offer a serene and functional environment, featuring a welcoming reception area, open office space, four exam rooms, a treatment room, and a generator space for uninterrupted medical services. Throughout the construction, Continuous communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensured alignment with project goals, ultimately leading to the successful delivery of a healthcare facility uniquely tailored to meet the specialized needs of Cardiovascular Associates Surgery & Electrophysiology.
