Cardiovascular Center of Mesa

Cardiovascular Center of Mesa engaged Venn Construction to lead the renovation of their 3700 SF location complete with an Operating Room. Venn was brought in to complete this tenant improvement because the ownership group well understood the challenging schedule and need for total collaboration that would be required between themselves, the architect and the general contractor. In addition to the challenging schedule, Venn was able to bring in added power, med-gas and specialized equipment for a very unique and customized space all while achieving beautiful, welcoming environment.
