Cancer & Blood Specialists of Arizona

This project consists of a tenant improvement in an existing shell building for The Cancer & Blood Specialists of Arizona Tatum ridge oncology center in Scottsdale. 

This 3,856 SF oncology center tenant improvement of an existing shell building. The scope included new walls, doors, ceilings, millwork, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical changes.

The tenant interior project included six exam rooms, MA and Nurse station, two offices, Lab, Phlebotomy and pharmacy rooms, and a ten-chair infusion suite. Venn worked in conjunction with the American Oncology Network and cresa real estate to bring this project to life on time and on budget.
