Cancer & Blood Specialists of Arizona - Scottsdale

This project consists of a tenant improvement in an existing shell building for The Cancer & Blood Specialists of Arizona Tatum Ridge Oncology Center in Scottsdale. The scope includes new walls, doors, ceilings, millwork, toilet rooms, etc. as well as mechanical, plumbing, electrical and minor structural changes.

This 4,319 SF tenant interior project included six exam rooms, MA and nurse stations, three offices, lab, phlebotomy and pharmacy rooms, and a twelve-chair infusion suite.

Venn worked in conjunction with the American Oncology Network and Cresa Real Estate to bring this project to life on time and on budget.
