Biltmore Cardiology Verrado

Venn Construction completed a full interior build-out for the Tenent Health’s Biltmore Cardiology Verrado clinic located on the 3rd floor of the Abrazo Medical Office Building in Buckeye, Arizona. The project transformed a shell space into a modern outpatient cardiology suite featuring multiple exam rooms, provider offices, clinical support spaces, and a welcoming patient lobby. Designed to enhance workflow efficiency and patient experience, the build included medical casework installation, accessible layout planning, integration of specialized MEP systems, and compliance with healthcare and life-safety requirements. The result is a highly functional, patient-centered environment that supports advanced cardiology care and aligns with medical office best practices.
