AON Infusion Center - Surprise

This project consists of a tenant improvement in an existing shell building for The American Oncology Network – AON infusion Center in Surprise, AZ. 

This 4,000 SF  tenant improvement was completed from an existing shell building. The scope included new walls, doors, ceilings, millwork, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical changes.

The tenant interior project included five exam rooms, MA and Nurse stations, three offices, Lab & Phlebotomy, a pharmacy room, and a nine-chair infusion suite. Venn worked in conjunction with the American Oncology Network and Corgan to bring this project to life on-time and on-budget.
