Venn Construction was brought on to the team during the design phase. We were able to work with the owner, design team, and our subcontractors to minimize potential challenges. In order to align with the owner’s support of sustainable practices, the project was constructed as a LEED shadow project which followed LEED design and construction criteria without going through the certification process.
