Nick Veldman
As Owner, Nick is responsible for overseeing the Preconstruction and Project Management teams. This includes oversite on the development of budgets, schedules, and major project decisions.
Nick provides valuable project knowledge in all areas of the construction process. Nick has extensive experience in office expansions and tenant interior remodels as an Estimator, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Executive.
Nick’s experience has been gained through his involvement with various project types such as office, recreational, tenant improvements, senior living, retail, restaurant, financial, mixed-use, major renovation, and new construction work. He is skilled in unique and complicated projects where extensive pre-planning is required to create real project value.
Kevin Candelaria
Kevin oversees our Project Management team and the support staff. He ensures a cohesive environment and streamlined communication to ensure the best project outcome for Venn clients.
Kevin manages the construction process, interacting closely with the project team to ensure all budget and schedule objectives are achieved. He takes pride in providing consistent, quality work to both internal and external customers and his effective communication skills make him a valuable member of the Venn team.

Robert Quesada
Robert began his construction career 30 years ago and has been active in the industry ever since. He has held positions as a laborer and superintendent on a variety of project types and sizes.
Robert’s responsibilities include field force management, subcontract coordination, schedule management, quality control and site safety. He has proven his experience and leadership qualities are valuable assets to any project team. As the project superintendent, Robert will play a vital role in ensuring that a project is highly coordinated and delivered within project goals.
Robert is very skilled at the intricate coordination and planning involved in a multi-phased project. His experience in coordinating work around an operating facility, is essential to ensuring a successful project in the eyes of the project team.
Adam LaPlante
As one of the most senior member of the project management team, Adam is responsible for establishing a clear and consistent communication channel between the project owner, architect, and Venn. He is also the driving force of all project goals, ensuring construction is on schedule and on budget.
Adam provides valuable project assistance in all areas of information management, maintaining a holistic knowledge of the project’s status and ensuring the client is always aware of project status.
