Venn Construction, in partnership with PMB, Dignity Health, and Ware Malcomb, proudly announces the development of a Women’s Imaging Clinic at the Mercy Gilbert Medical Office Building in Gilbert, Arizona. This first-generation tenant improvement project, spanning 10,041 square feet on the first floor of a two-story medical office building—also a Venn Construction achievement—aims to set a new standard in healthcare facilities. The project’s extensive scope includes the meticulous construction of partitions, doors, ceilings, light fixtures, and millwork and the establishment of a break room, restrooms, and comprehensive finishes. Moreover, it incorporates all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure operational excellence. Notably, the clinic features 8 OBGYN exam rooms, eight additional exam rooms, six ultrasound rooms, and eight offices, complemented by employee conference rooms. The design is further enhanced with recessed lighting and unique acoustic features throughout, creating an environment that is both functional and conducive to the well-being of patients and staff alike. This project highlights Venn Construction’s dedication to advancing healthcare infrastructure and delivering critical services to the community with precision and care.
