Cranial Technologies - Desert Ridge

Venn was contracted for the expedited construction of a 4,000 SF tenant improvement for Cranial Technologies at the Regent Properties in Desert Ridge. The scope of work included the demolition of interior partitions and the construction of a new clinical space. This space includes a new ADA restroom, four patient consult rooms, a waiting area, a common area, a staff break room, an office, storage, DSI Machine room, and a workspace for technicians.
