Apricus Surgery Center

Venn worked closely with the National Cardiovascular Management and Cotton Architecture on this ASC T.I.

This tenant improvement consists of renovating approximately 10,484sf existing ambulatory surgery center located at the Desert Mirage Medical Complex. Areas included in the tenant improvement are waiting, reception, administrative / support spaces, pre-op and pacu space, four operating rooms, and support spaces. 

The scope of work includes interior architecture, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
