Sanderson Lincoln Boutique

Venn was contracted by Sanderson Lincoln to construct the first privately-owned boutique Lincoln dealership in the United States. The scope of work completed included the new storefront, exterior canopy, and interior build-out. This space features high-end finishes throughout, custom millwork, and massive sliding glass entrance doors. Designed with elegance in mind, this space was purpose-built to entertain small groups and make the luxury car-buying experience personal.

Our project management team worked closely with the architect and Ford Motor Company to ensure the project reflected the brand was represented to company standards. This tremendous amount of collaboration allowed all teams involved to be aware of where the project stood and met all Ford Motor company design criteria. Venn established a close relationship with the ownership through constant communication, having candid conversations about budget, timelines, and progress out of mutual respect and understanding for a common goal.
