Adelante Healthcare - Peoria

Venn Construction recently completed a 10,400 square foot interior build-out of a healthcare clinic located in Peoria, Arizona for Adelante HealthCare. The clinic is designed and built with LEED Gold specifications. It is designed with two distinct sections with one-half for adult care and the other half for pediatrics. The facility is equipped with a full service blood lab, operated by Sonoran Quest Labs. This project was a first for Adelante Healthcare and Dignity Health to join in a partnership project with many more to come.
