Hacienda Children's Hospital

Venn completed the ground-up construction of the new Children’s Hospital for Hacienda Healthcare in June of 2015. The iconic Mesa project includes 24 beds, four themed patient wings with unique floor and ceilings details, and med-gas integrated headwalls that match these themes. The project also has four indoor/outdoor healing gardens and a family lounge and play area. The core/shell construction is an architectural-friendly CMU and Steel built, a single-story structure that houses all the typical amenities of a small, acute care hospital. The Hospital provides a wide range continuum of care for Arizona’s medically fragile and chronically ill infants, children, teens, and young adults.
