DESCRIPTION
Arizona’s only triple-ice facility. Our team helped guide the owner through a complicated pre-construction process to acquire the site and obtain permits needed to proceed with the expansion to the south side of the facility. The building was constructed of tilt-up wall panels with an EFIS exterior designed to blend into its desert surrounding.
